A realistic motion ride simulator (2) comprising three stacked tiers (8, 22, 10, 12, 14) pivotally supported by three legs (38, 40). Each tier can be activated independent of each other while the entire apparatus is moved up and down, tilted laterally, pitched upwardly and downwardly, and combinations thereof to simulate the various dynamic forces experienced by riders of a moving vehicle.
