Object outline encoding method

摘要

The method involves coding an outline of an object under application of a plane emphasis point in an interior of the object. The plane emphasis of points in the interior of the object is determined, and an angle increase is determined for sampling. The distances between the plane emphasis and edge image points at the outline of the object for a given angle are formed by changing an angle by the amount of the angle increase. The distances and a coordinate of the plane emphasis are coded.
