Photoreactive agent for removing pollutants comprises (a) a substrate coated on one or both sides with (b) a layer containing a photoreactive semiconductor (I) and fine organic particles (II) coated with fine inorganic particles (III). Also claimed is a variant in which the substrate is coated with (b-1) a layer containing (I) and then (b-2) a layer containing (III)-coated (II).
