<p>Peripheral circulation improvers for ophthalmic tissues, particularly, blood flow improvers for optic disc, choroid or retina, containing dihydropyridines of general formula (I) or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof as the active ingredient (wherein R1 is nitrophenyl; and R?2, R3 and R4¿ are each lower alkyl); and remedies for contraction of the visual field resulting from normal glaucoma, optic nerve disturbance, retinopathy and retinal degeneration, which are prepared by utilizing the activity of the above compounds.</p> |
