Test equipment for testing radiators for leaks

The equipment includes a fluid compressor (2) for raising the internal pressure of a radiator (1) above atmospheric with the internal pressure measured by a pressure measuring system (3, 4, 5, 6). Pipe union (7) connects the radiator union (8) to the compressor and pipe union (10) connects radiator union (9) to the pressure measuring system forming leak tight joints. When the internal pressure has reached a predetermined level the connection between radiator and compressor is turned off or fitted with liquid flow measuring system to measure any flow of fluid required to maintain the set pressure.
