<p>The invention relates to medicine, in particular to orthopaedic stomatology, and enhances the durability and aesthetic qualities of dental appliances. It offers the possibility of fitting such appliances to teeth which are damaged, and at the same time cures the damaged teeth and shortens the period for which the appliance has to be worn. The fixed dental appliance comprises a base shaft (1) with at least one crown part of an artificial tooth (3) and one or more supporting elements (2) placed on it. The supporting elements and the crown parts of the artificial teeth are placed on the base shaft and, as specified, are positioned in relation to each other so as to form a bridge or one or two brackets, and also so that they can move relative to the shaft and the accompanying fixture on it at the required distance from each other. The supporting elements can be in the form of a cylinder, a prism, a disc or a sphere and have an intracanal pin. The pin can be fitted so that it is able to move and be secured in the required position.</p> |
