<p>The present invention relates to a loader comprising a turntable (2) for connecting the loader to a base machine (1), and a main arm (3) and a secondary arm (4) that are articulated together. Such a main arm is provided in connection with the turntable so that the arms are controlled by a lift cylinder (5) and a maneuvering cylinder (6). The loader is intended for use primarily in logging machines. Therefore, the lift cylinder and the maneuvering cylinder that control the arms (3, 4) are mounted one on top of the other on the main arm (3), which provides a narrow structure for the loader. Further, the actuating cylinders (5, 6) are placed near the base machine (1) and they are thus protected as the loader moves. Since the actuating cylinders are also placed on the other side of the main arm (3), they are protected from possible blows from the secondary arm (4) or from loads provided therein or from actuators (14).</p> |
