A car allocation information transmission system such that the actual position of a car to be allocated is found, the destination of the car is inputted on the instructing side, the information on the route between the actual position of the car and the destination is obtained as image data on the basis of stored map information. The car allocation information including at least the route information is transmitted from the instructing side to the car and this transmitted car allocation information is displayed as an image in the car.
