The machine includes a storage and provision unit (B) for the stored provision of crates of beverages, and an output unit (A) for the delivery of the crates on customer demand. The provision unit contains a motor-driven conveyor belt (1) for a reception of several stackable crates. A control element (2) is arranged in the provision unit, and is mechanically and/or electrically coupled with the conveyor belt, through which the further transport of the crates can be blocked during a loading phase. The output unit contains a sale space (4) equipped with fastener covers (7,8). A conveyor belt (6) is arranged in the sale space for the reception and provision of an individual crate. The conveyor belt of the provision unit is coupled with the conveyor belt of the sale space over a transmission gearing (14) in such way, that the conveyor belt of the sale space is driven during the provision of a crate with a higher speed than the conveyor belt of the provision unit.
