The high-stretchable rubber elastic damping member (10) has a parallel longitudinally rigid ideal break point (9) with defined tensile strength. The damping member is a hollow body containing inside one or more cores forming the ideal break point. The cores can be a monofilament fishing line whose tensile strength is 25% less than the leader provided. The hollow body can also comprise several chambers to hold additional weights. The hollow body is closed at each end by a loop (4).
