An autarkic control unit including a protection switch, voltage controller (2) a two-pole selector switch (3) with three switch-positions, three time delay units (4), two piezo-signal transmitters (5) and three actuating keys (6) with returning action, is designed to enable externally controlled autarkic testing of an under-carriage, including the undercarriage hinged-covers, function, independently and in parallel with the on-going systems testing at the in-board aircraft panel, with actuation of undercarriage covers, and the raising and lowering of the undercarriage accompanied by an acoustic warning before and during autarkic testing so as to avoid injury to personnel. The first switch output corresp. to the first position of the selector switch (3) is connected to the first input of a second time-delay unit (4.2), which occupies one switch contact, and a second switch output corresp. to the selector switch (3) second position is connected to the first input of a first time-delay unit (4.1), occupying a first switch contact. |
