<p>The invention relates to novel emulsifying agents containing (a) 43 to 99 % by weight of alkyl and/or alkenyl oligoglycosides and (b) 1 to 57 % by weight of fatty alcohols, provided that the components add up to 100 % by weight. The emulsifying agents are particularly suitable for producing stabilised, highly viscous oil-in-water emulsions of a light feel.</p> |
