This patent describes a treatment of the plastic waste containing minimum 15 weight percent of polyvinylchloride polymers and polypropylene based on that principle, the above mentioned mixture is treated in the equipment used for agglomeration purposes with use of the additive in the quantity of 5 up to 40 weight percent, while this additive is a mixture consisting of 0,1 up to 5 weight percent of erucylamide, 1 up to 10 weight percent of salts closed to the higher fat acids produced based on these acids and the metal of the 2-nd group and 85 up 98,9 weight percent of carbonates and / or hydroxides related to Ca, Al, Mg. As a result of this procedure application a raw material is prepared, based on the plastic waste material unable of any other processing, and this raw material can be processed with the use of common standard technologies related to the plastic materials.
