Disclosed is a use of GnRH antagonist in the form of pharmaceutically acceptable non-toxic salt or the complex as a composition for preparation of medicament to inhibit proliferation of endometrial tissue, uterine leiomyom, pre-menstrual syndrome and dysfunctional uterine bleeding at menstruous female without substantial stopping the production of endogenous estrogen.
