PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method of a clad plate composed of an aluminum or aluminum alloy plate and a stainless steel plate and having a high joining property and an excellent press formability. SOLUTION: A joining face of a stainless steel plate is polished with brush so that the surface average roughness Ra is satisfied with an equation: Ra>=1.2×10<-4>×Br+0.1 (Ra is the surface average roughnessμm, Br is a diameter of one piece of brush of a brush polishing deviceμm, in here, 200<=Br<=3600), after the joining face of the stainless steel plate and an aluminum plate or aluminum alloy plate are lapped, these are warm-rolled in the condition of the temperature >=200 deg.C, <=500 deg.C, the total draft >=15%, <=40% and the clad plate is produced. |
