PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the falling-off of a mounting material by interposing a plate-shaped hard material and a soft thermoplastic resin film between a surface member constituted of a flexible synthetic leather and a thermoplastic resin hard film and a rear surface member to integrally weld all of them. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin hard film 7 for a surface member 2 and a foamed synthetic leather 6 having surface printing applied thereto are superposed on a rear surface member 3 having a mirror plate 10 attached thereto and a soft thermoplastic resin film 8 and the outer peripheral parts of all of them are heated along a designed commodity shape by high frequency heating to weld and fuse the surface member 2 and the rear surface member 3 to form the end part of a commodity to produce a pocket mirror embroidered by the synthetic leather. Since this pocket mirror is embroidered by the material having proper flexibility, even if it is dropped on a floor, the mirror plate 10 is not cracked and, since the groove 17 of the peripheral part of the mirror plate 10 has hinge effect, the end of the plate is prevented from protruding from a press plate 16 or from falling off. |
