PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a waterproof sheet excellent in physical properties by blending a non-crystalline poly-α-olefin having specified physical properties, a crystalline poly-α-olefin, a thermoplastic olefin elastomer, and a carbon black in specified proportions. SOLUTION: This sheet is produced by blending a non-crystalline poly-α-olefin (A) having a softening point of 100-170 deg.C and a melt viscosity at 190 deg.C of 10-1 to 10Pa.sec, a crystalline poly-α-olefin (B), a thermoplastic olefin elastomer (C), and a carbon black (D) in such proportions that the component A accounts for 40-80wt.% of the total of components A, B and C, the component C accounts for 5-50wt.% of the total of components B and C, and the amount of the component D is 1-5 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. total of components A, B and C. This sheet is storage stable, free from environmental pollution, and excellent in both flexibility and joining characteristics, and has good in-situ workability.
