<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To see that the recovery work of a transmission line can be started immediately after arriving at the site, by mounting a mechanical facility set to pull down a transmission cable fitted with a snow accretion preventive ring on a pylon onto ground and recover it. SOLUTION: The positioning guide device 3 at the rear end of a car body is constituted of up to two rollers of longitude and latitude where the peripheries are made irregular in tooth form, so that it can position a transmission cable W fitted with a snow accretion preventive guide in a ring cutting-off device 4 and guide it. The snow accretion preventive ring for a transmission line coming out of the positioning guide device 3 is divided in two with the ring cutting-off device 4, and they are cut off from the transmission line W, and then the transmission line is put forward by a winch 5 and the rear feeder, and is wound around the bobbin 1b of a winder 10, passing through clamps 8F and 8R in front and in rear of the cutter, and a guide and retainer 9, and after winding, the transmission line is fixed, being caught with clamps 8F and 8R in front and in rear of the cutter, and the transmission line is cut with the cutter 7, and the bundle of winding of the wound transmission line is removed from the bobbin 10b.</p> |
