<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surround corroded and decayed parts of a utility-line pole with two semi-circular cylindrical bodies to form a sleeve column as a cylindrical body, space between the sleeve column and corroded and decayed utility column is filled with filler in a liquid state to solidify, integrate the sleeve column and utility-line pole into a unit, prolong the life of the corroded and decayed utility-line pole and to reduce a rebuilding cost thereof. SOLUTION: Corroded and decayed parts of a corroded and decayed utility- line pole B are exposed, mud and rust in the corroded and decayed parts are cut off, two semi-circular cylindrical bodies with larger diameter than that of the utility-line pole B are connected to each other across the utility column B, and a sleeve column of a cylindrical body surrounding the utility-line pole B from the outside is formed. The utility-line pole B is positioned and is inserted in the excavated ground, space between the sleeve column and utility-line pole is filled with filler in a liquid state to solidify, and the sleeve column and corroded and decayed utility-line pole B are integrated into a unit.</p> |
