<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly pull up continuous spacers, in which a unit body of spacers is interposed between window glasses and is connected by a connecting string, in response to the pulled-up window glass. SOLUTION: A moving body 21 moved along a guide rail 20 and a cylinder 26 for driving the moving body 21 are mounted on a base plate 19. A pulling-up string 16 whose one end is fixed to a pin 33 on the base plate 19 is stretched between deflecting rollers 22, 23 on the moving body 21 and fixed deflecting rollers 30, 31 and is pulled out via a plurality of guide rollers 35 to 38 and its tip end is connected to a connecting string 6 of the connected spacer on the window glass. The hydraulic pressure supplied to the cylinder 26 is changed from low pressure to high pressure by the signals from limit switches 41a, 41b, 41c for detecting a dog 42 fixed to the moving body 21 to increase tension applied to the pulling-up string 16 according to an increase in the number of pulling-up of a unit body of the spacer from the window glass.</p> |
