PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part mounting device which can shorten a part mounting cycle and has an inexpensive manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A sucking head 2 which is provided with a sucking nozzle 10 to suck an electronic part 11 is equipped with an image pickup device 4 which takes an image of a sucked part. The sucking nozzle 10 is made inclined transfer by a pinion rack mechanism 6 during transfer from an upper side to a lower part sucking position and passes an image pickup light axis of the image pickup device 4 during the inclined transfer. As the image pickup device 4 is equipped with the sucking head 2, the sucking head 2 need not to be transferred to an image pickup position and whole tact is improved. The sucking nozzle 10 is made inclined transfer between the upper and the lower part sucking positions and passes the image pickup light axis during the inclined transfer, therefore a transfer mechanism for image pickup device transfer for image pickup or an transfer mechanism for sucking nozzle transfer to image pickup position is not required and a load or the sucking head is reduced. |
