PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent adhesion of dust to a display belt of a symbol display device. SOLUTION: An antistatic felt 23 is attached at the upper edge of an illumination frame 22 which has an electric lamp 24 to illuminate a display belt 52 from the rear side. The antistatic felt 23 is in contact with the rear surface of the display belt 52. Electrification of the display belt 52 is prevented by the antistatic felt 23, so dust will not adhere to the display belt. And even if dust adheres, the dust will be swept off by the antistatic felt 23 and the display belt 52 will be protected from dust. |
