PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start an engine, for example, at the time of shipping, even when a fuse connected to a car security device is removed. SOLUTION: A P-type FET 14 is fitted in parallel to a transistor 13 which is connected between an external connection terminal 25 and the ground and is turned on and off by a CPU 11, and the gate of the FET 14 is connected to mutual connection points of resistors R1 , R2 connected in series between a power supply line and the ground. The external connection terminal 25 is connected to an ignition wiring IGN through the coil of a starter cut relay 8. |
