SOLUTION: A movable main body 2 is connected to a fixed main body 1 with a built-in pivot 3, a hook lever is connected to the movable main body 2 with a built-in bearing, a spring mechanism 10 for turning and urging the hook lever in the falling direction or in the rising direction is provided, a connector 11 is connected to the fixed main body 1 with a built-in pin 12, the front end claw section 14 of the connector 11 is interlocked with a locking recess section 15 in an exterior wall surface of a holding groove section 13 of the movable main body 2 to constrain the movable main body 2 to the fixed main body 1, and a stopper 16 for preventing the oscillation of the connector 11 is fitted to the holding recess section 13 and is fixed.
