<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively alleviate a load of a battery at the time of the start of an engine by setting an output of a motor to a value less than a predetermined value and turning off and controlling a head lamp as a condition of an operation of a starter engine. SOLUTION: A starter switch S2 is turned on, and a negative electrode control terminal Tc2 is biased with a bias circuit B with the result that a potential difference of the negative electrode control terminal Tc2 is raised to an output potential of the battery 4, a potential difference between a positive electrode control terminal Tc1 of an electro-magnetic relay circuit SW and the negative electrode control terminal Tc2 is set to a value not more than the control threshold value, and the head lamp which is turned on is turned off. Then, after that, the starter motor 7 is driven to restart the engine so that the output of the motor 2 is raised, a position between the positive electrode control terminal Tc1 of the electro-magnetic relay circuit SW and the negative electrode control terminal Tc2 is set to a potential difference exceeding the control threshold value and the head lamp 5 is lighted again. As a consequence, the load of the battery 4 at the time of the start of the engine can be effectively alleviated.</p> |
