摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the power consumed by a fan by controlling the output duty ratio of a blower as necessary. SOLUTION: This device has an air duct 10 with a battery 1 mounted therein, a blower 20 for feeding cooling air to the air duct 10, a battery temperature sensor 30 for detecting the battery temperature, a temperature change computing means 40 for computing the rate of change of the battery temperature detected by the battery temperature sensor, and a blower control means 50 by which the amount of air fed by the blower 20 is controlled in accordance with the rate of change of the battery temperature. The greater the absolute value of the rate of change of the battery temperature, the greater the amount of the air fed.</p>
