<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the insertion of the top end part of a shaft to a shaft insert hole, and improve the working property for injecting an injecting agent into a hollow part by mutually continuing the inside surfaces of the shaft insert hole near the deep end part and a connecting hole, and gradually reducing the diameter from the deep end part to the hollow part of a head body. SOLUTION: In a golf club head 1, the tip of a nozzle formed of a slender pipe is inserted to a shaft insert hole 6 of a hosel part 3 and a connecting hole 8 gradually reduced in diameter, the inside surfaces 14, 15 of which are mutually continued, a metal particle 10 and a resin solution 11 as injecting agent are injected in this order, and the resin is hardened to fix the metal particle 10 to the inner wall surface of a head body 2. Further, a foaming resin is injected into the hollow part 4 of the head body 2 followed by foaming to fill the hollow part 4 with a foamed body 12. Thereafter, a nozzle is pulled out from the shaft insert hole 6, and the end part of a shaft 7 is inserted to the shaft insert hole 6, and fixed to the hosel part 3 by an adhesive.</p> |
