Frozen fried plantains

This method consists of pre-cooking plantain pieces in frying oil heated to 180 degrees C, then allowing them to cool in the open air to place them in freezing bags and, finally, storing them in a freezer or any other long-term storage refrigeration appliance. For this reason, we can envisage the marketing thereof in a wide range of potential markets.
