PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce ceramic green sheets separately lined with carrier films and to reduce the cost for a subsidiary material necessary for the production. SOLUTION: A substrate 11 for forming is composed of two carrier films 13, 14 directly stuck to each other with an adhesive or a bonding agent 12. Ceramic green sheets 15, 16 are formed on the outsides of the carrier films 13, 14 and the films 13, 14 are peeled from each other to obtain the objective two ceramic green sheets 15, 16 separately lined with the carrier films 13, 14. Since only the adhesive or the bonding agent 12 is used for sticking the carrier film 13, 14 to each other, the cost can be reduced. |
