PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a smoothing picture with high picture quality without the blur of a fine line by processing interpolation with respect to the white picture element of inputted picture data so as to execute a smoothing processing. SOLUTION: The smoothing processing by the interpolation of a black picture element is executed in a smoothing part 7 and black and white are inverted by an inverter 8 in picture data which is smoothing-processed. By the inversion, picture data is returned to be an original state and converted into a parallel data by a serial/parallel converting part 9 and, after that, transmitted to a printer so as to be printed. That is, the black and white of picture data are inverted before the smoothing processing, the smoothing processing is executed in the inverted one, and black and white are inverted again after the smoothing processing so as to record the picture. The smoothing processing is executed so as to interpolate the white picture element so that the blur of the picture is prevented. |
