PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably prevent wrong operation at the start of an electric vehicle or the like by providing a shift lock control means for releasing a shift lock from a non-driving range to a driving range of a shift device when the operation of an ignition key to a start position is detected. SOLUTION: When an ignition key is turned on and the signal of the ignition switch 35 is input in an electronic control device, a switch between a main battery 32 and a motor 37 for driving a hydraulic power source is turned on.
