PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the user side to change a display item and a screen switching time or the like by means of a control program. SOLUTION: This system uses a computer 5 installed in a centralized supervisory room 4 to collect and supervise information from various instrument devices and controls various devices based on obtained information. A recorder function to record a key operation to generate an automatic scanning macro and an operation time and a macro edit function revising optionally the key operation and operation time recorded in the automatic scanning macro are added to a control program of the computer 5 to use the recorder function so as to allow the user side to generate the automatic scan macro and to use the macro edit function thereby revising a display item and a screen changeover time or the like.
