The bent part may have either of bent form and curved form, the position of the bent part and the bending angle are not particularly limited when they are within a range capable of passing the mouth part of a vial bottle or ample and bearing against the piercing resistance of a rubber plug, and the bent part is preferably situated near the middle part of the cannula, for example, within a range of 10-60 deg..
