<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a discrepancy signal from being outputted by coincidence/ discrepancy inspection even if a detected frame phase shifts in phase relatively to an irregular frame pulse generated periodically in a frame synchronizing state. SOLUTION: When a coincidence signal is outputted by the inspection of a frame pulse of an AND circuit A1, this coincidence signal is used to remove a discrepancy signal due to the phase shift of a frame pulse obtained from an AND circuit A2 with one-side inversion input by an AND circuit A5 with a mask signal generated by D flip-flop circuits D4-D7 and a NOR circuit NOR1.</p> |
