PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a laminated thermoplastic resin film good in the mutual bonding strength of thermoplastic resin films laminated by extrusion lamination, capable of being controlled to a definite small range in its shrinkage factor at a time of lamination and capable of preventing the generation of wrinkles or printing disturbance. SOLUTION: First and second thermoplastic resin films 41, 42 to be laminated are introduced into the gap between the metal endless belt 15 being in contact with a first roll 13 and a third roll 16 and bonded under pressure in a planar state by the first and third rolls 13, 16 while an elastic material 18 is elastically deformed by the pressing force of both rolls 13, 16 to be laminated to produce a laminated thermoplastic resin film 43.
