PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the reliability of stationary control function by being capable of shortening labor hour and time of an operation of the stationary control and preferentially executing the protective control function rather than the stationary function in the operation out of an allowable range. SOLUTION: This air conditioner comprises electric drive components (compressor 1, four-way valve 2, blower 4, solenoid valve 5, flow controller 7) arranged in a refrigerant circuit, actuator controller 14 for controlling to drive the components based on predetermined air conditioning conditions, drive state control means 14a for fixing the state of the components or releasing the fixed state, and set input unit 15 for setting and inputting externally a predetermined signal of command for fixing or releasing to the means 14a. Accordingly, it is effective to check the presence or absence of the defective state of the component. The confirmation of the operation after the component is replaced can be easily executed to save the time of service. |
