PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an appearance closer to the skin and a moist feel by forming a skin like coating of specified thickness after having got foamed by heating up the foaming coating material on the surface of a rubber out sole. SOLUTION: Apply specified quantity of transparent foaming coating material adjusted in advance on the surface of a pointed rubber sheet using a role coater and heat it up in an oven to get foamed. Thus, a processed rubber sheet composed of a foaming layer of 15-1000μm thickness having a skin like surface is now used as finished product looking like a skin thanks to a printed surface looked through the transparent surface layer as well as a shape of the foaming layer. Further thanks to a flexible rugged face, a moist feel proper to a shoe out sole is given here, An out sole 1 is obtained by cutting it out to an out sole shape. Thus fabricated rubber sheet is glued on to a shoe and whole the surface of the out sole 1 is made to a foaming material coating surface 4. It appropriately fits to ladies' pumps likely to have various designs on outer skins 2.
