PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress output terminals from corrosion for a long storage time by heating and laying a thermoplastic resin-made transparent protective film having an adhesive layer at a surface facing at a porous plate-like member is heated and provisionally laid on one main surface of this member, including solar cells, and sucking the protective film from the other surface of the porous member. SOLUTION: Solar cells 6, 6,... are disposed on one main surface of a plate- like member 5 made of a porous material e.g. corrugated cardboard such that the cells 6 contact with this member 5. A thermoplastic resin-made transparent protective film having a thermoplastic resin-made adhesive layer at a surface facing at the member 5 is heated and provisionally laid on this member 5, including the solar cells 6, and the protective film 7 laid on the upper face of the member 5 is sucked from the lower face thereof to form the protective film 7 along the shape of the solar cells 6 on the member 5. This film 7 may be made of polypropylene, etc. |
