PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the workability, by connecting a working carrier on the main girder to a wagon stretched to the front end of the main girder and forming separate base frames in which vertical and horizontal reinforcements are arranged, on the working carrier and thereafter, superposing both base frames with each other to form a cage. SOLUTION: A wagon 1 is provided at the outside of the front end of an existing main girder 3 and 8 working carrier 2 is connected to the wagon 1 to arrange it on the front end of the main girder. Then, a vertical reinforcement base frame with vertical reinforcements and a horizontal reinforcement base frame with horizontal reinforcements are separately formed on the carrier 2. Then, the vertical reinforcement base frame is transferred to the position of the horizontal reinforcement base frame and superposed with each other and the vertical and horizontal reinforcements are assembled to form a steel rod cage 14 by use of a crane 4. And the steel rod cage 14 is transferred to the front end of the main girder 3 by the crane 4 and installed at every block on the basis of a specified position and order and complementary reinforcements are assembled and arranged. And further, concrete is placed in the main gierder by use of automatically extensible forms after arrangement of reinforcements. In this way, construction works can be rapidly executed and the cost can be reduced. |
