PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deposition of undesirable burr on a revolving shaft of a formed roller and to simplify the structure of a producing device. SOLUTION: A sealing member 51 having a first contact face 51A and a second contact face 51B is disposed between the inner surface of a die 41 and the outer surface of a small cylinder part of a die 47. A forming material 59 is introduced through a supply passage 51a of the sealing member 51 into the space between the outer surface of a cylindrical part 39d of a shaft 39 and the inner, surface of the die 41 while the sealing member 51 is pressed in one direction.
