PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition which causes no defect such as peeling or lifting even when the surface layer before adjustment consists of a flexible material such as asphalt, methane resin or rubber sheet, and has a >=0.4N/mm<2> adhesion strength, good roller workability and also good properties with respect to finishing. SOLUTION: This composition consists of 100 pts.wt. of cement, 50 to 300 pts.wt. of fine aggregate, 15 to 40 pts.wt. of a re-emulsified powdery resin, 0.3 to 3.5 pts.wt. of a water reducing agent and 0.02 to 0.30 pts.wt. of a water-soluble polyacrylamide-based polymer, wherein the water-soluble polyacrylamide- based polymer contains acrylamide-(sodium-2-acryloylamino-2-methyl- propanesulfonate) as a main repeating unit. Also, an aq. solution contg. 0.5wt.% of the polyacrylamide-based polymer has 50 to 160mPa.s and 15 to 50mPa.s plastic viscosity values at 10(s<-1> ) and 100(s<-1> ) shear rates respectively, wherein an E type viscometer is used for the measurement. |
