PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a paste product capable of performing a baking without getting an effect of an environmental temperature or an air flow, and device therefor. SOLUTION: This method for producing a paste product is to convey a cylindrical paste 2 (called as Chikuwa) formed on a skewer 1 while rotating in an arrow marked direction, provide a metal plate 3 bored with plural holes 4 between the cylindrical paste 2 and a burner 10 so as to block a flame from the burner by the metal plate or to disperse the flame by plural holes, and performing a broiling of the cylindrical paste 2 also by a radiant heat of the metal plate, while rotating and being conveyed. |
