PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber-modified styrene resin compsn. excellent in impact strength, stiffness, and gloss. SOLUTION: This compsn. has such characteristics that it contains 3-20wt.% rubbery polymer dispersed therein with an average particle size of 0.3-1.5μm, that the toluene-inosl. component in the compsn. has a swelling index of 5-15 at 25 deg.C, and that it contains as the essential components an organopolysiloxane in an amt. of 0.001-0.1wt.% in terms of silicon and a fluorocompd. oil in an amt. of 0.0001-0.02wt.% in terms of fluorine. The joint use of the organopolysiloxane and the fluorocompd. oil greatly improves the impact strength.
