PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold an inexpensive weather strip enhanced in appearance and capable of enhancing the hermetic sealability of a door. SOLUTION: In a method for molding a weather strip by integrally bonding extrusion molded parts 11 and a mold molded part 21, the respective extrusion molded parts 11 are arranged to both end parts of the mold of the mold molded part 21 of which the seal lip part 26 is preset to predetermined cut standard width W1 and, after the mold molded part 21 is molded so as to be integrated with the extrusion molded parts 11, the seal lip parts 16, 26 of the mold molded part 21 and the respective extrusion molded parts 11 are partially cut mutually over desired length in equal cut finish width W2 so as to hold the seal lip part 26 of the mold molded part 21 between both seal lip parts 16. Therefore, the seal lip parts 16, 26 of the mold molded part 21 and the extrusion molted parts 11 are always quantitatively and certainly set to the desired cut finish width W2 from the definite cut reference width W1. |
