PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a corrugated coaxial cable that is always good by surely preventing fusion of an insulating material when welding tape, and enabling the tape to be corrugated stably. SOLUTION: In this method, tape (t) is supplied together with a core (g) formed by covering the periphery of an inner conductor with an insulating material, the tape (t) is then molded into a tubular shape to cover the periphery of the core (g), then the butt part of the tape (t) is welded, and the tape (t) is corrugated into a ring or spiral shape to serve as an outer conductor (c) to manufacture a coaxial cable. For the tape (t), a cooling process is provided between the welding and corrugating processes and the tape (t) is cooled immediately after the welding. |
