PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a clogging of a heating medium path of a heat exchanger, where a board-like heat accumulating element that is made of a low-crystalline polyolefin having a specified degree of crystallinity and supports an organic heat accumulating material that reversibly changes between solid and liquid states is placed on a housing, by inserting a core member through the heat accumulating element. SOLUTION: A rod-like core member 2 penetrates through the central part of a board-like heat exchanging element 1 and is attached on a housing 3. The core member 2 is made of any material such as metals, alloys, polymers, ceramics, etc., whose thermal deformation is within a specified range. The heat accumulating element 1 is formed of a low-crystalline polyolefin that has a degree of crystallinity of 40% or lower and supports an organic heat accumulating material that reversible changes between solid and liquid states. The organic heat accumulating material is one selected from the group consisting of a crystalline alkyl hydrocarbon, a crystalline fatty acid, and a crystalline fatty acid ester. |
