发明名称 OXIDE SUPERCONDUCTING WIRE MATERIAL
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the deterioration of superconducting characteristics, particularly the deterioration of Jc by setting the amount of water and carbon dioxide inside wire material before partial fusion heat treatment so that water is 1.5μg/g or less, and carbon dioxide is 0.3μg/g or less. SOLUTION: After oxide superconducting powder is made up the same is filled in a metal pipe. Wire draw machining of cross section decreasing rate of 5 to 20% is conducted, and thereafter wire material is formed into multi-core on demand. The same is machined by cold rolling or a hot rolling into tape-like wire material of flat cross section, and is heat-treated at a proper temperature and in a proper atmosphere. This time, in the oxide superconducting tape wire material before partial fusion heat treatment, the amount of water and carbon dioxide contained inside the wire material is set so that the water is 1.5μg/g or less, and the carbon dioxide is 0.3μg/g or less.
