PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate a processing speed in an image processor for calculating the positional deviation between a recognition position where an image to be picked up is recognized and a reference position and a carrier for carrying the image to be picked up based on the image processing result of the image processor. SOLUTION: In this image processor 26, image recognition condition data required at the time of image processing the image information of a component 28 to be picked up by a CCD camera 22 are set beforehand prior to an image processing. In the CCD camera 22, an exposure operation is started prior to the image pickup of the component 28, the image pickup is started at a timing when the component 28 is stopped at an image pickup position, the image information is outputted to the image processor 26 at the timing when the image pickup is ended and thus, the image information is transmitted synchronously between the image processor 26 and the component 28. An automatic equipment controller 27 moves the component 28 to a teaching position preset prior to the end of the image processing when the image pickup is ended and consecutively moves it to a correction position calculated by the image processing. |
