PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a leak of switching noise to a power source side by containing a high frequency diode to perform high speed switching in a rectifying device. SOLUTION: With the performance of high frequency switching of switching devices 4 and 5 in an inverter circuit 6, even though high frequency diodes D1 and D2 in a rectifier 3 cause switching noise by the performance of high frequency switching, before the switching noise extends to the lower frequency AC power source 1, the noise is diverted to the ground through a grounding capacitor C5 , by which the leakage of the high frequency switching noise due to high frequency diodes D1 and D2 to the side of low frequency AC power source 1 can be prevented.
