PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output a desired document to only the client that requires it among plural clients from a single server and to improve the working efficiency of a user by sorting the input documents to store these sorting results and outputting the documents based on the stored sorting results. SOLUTION: A document sorting device 23 sorts the documents inputted to a document acquisition device 21 in response to the sorting systems 16 which are stored in a sorting storage 22. The document sorting results 30 are stored in a sorting result storage 25 via a sorting result storing device 24. Then a sorting system selection device 26 selectively designates the results 30 as the sorting systems 16. These designated results 30 and a document are outputted to a document display device 28 by a document transfer device 27 and shown on a display. Thus, a desired document is outputted to only the client that requires the document among plural clients from a single server, and the working efficiency of a user is improved. |
